Billing :

Payment is due at the time of service. Invoices will be brought with aquarium technician, or mailed if necessary.

*Payment should be placed in sealed envelope, and handed to the aquarium technician at the completion of service or mailed back within 30 days. If payment is not received within 30 calendar days, 2% interest will be added to the balance. Interest will be charged every 30 days thereafter if the balance is left unpaid.

Additional supplies needed at time of service, will be billed separately and an invoice will be mailed, or brought to your next service.

Payment methods include: Cash, Check, American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Paypal.

There is a bounced check fee of $30.00

Scheduling :

All customers will be contacted prior to when their service is due, to schedule a date and time of service (excluding certain corporate accounts).

Customers will receive a reminder phone call, or e-mail the day prior to service - if requested.

 

Guarantees :
All of our fish/plants are quarantined before being acclimated to your aquarium. We follow this procedure to ensure that the livestock we bring are healthy, and eating normally for the safety of your aquarium, and established inhabitants.

We will guarantee our freshwater and saltwater fish for 14 days, after having been acclimated to your aquarium by one of our aquarium technicians.
Our decision on these time lines, are based upon industry standards.

Please Note: Our guarantees are only valid for customers whom we provide routine maintenance for; and whereas the fish are in a compatible, non-crowded environment, water levels are at acceptable levels, and the aquarium is being filtered properly as deemed by The Fish Guy, Inc.

Furthermore, if a customer adds new inhabitants on their own to their aquarium, The Fish Guy, Inc. will NO LONGER guarantee the aquarium and its inhabitants (unless previously discussed with The Fish Guy, Inc.)


Service :

We guarantee your satisfaction with our service. If you are not happy with the way your aquarium looks - CALL our Office within 24 hours, and we will be glad to fix any problem for you, FREE of charge.
