What's Involved??

In order to maintain your freshwater aquarium basic routine maintenance and care is needed. This includes feeding your inhabitants, water testing, and partial water changes to name a few.

Whether you are looking for a new installation, or have an existing aquarium and are looking for an overhaul or upgrades. The Fish Guy, Inc. will advise you on which components really do work, how to save you $$, and keeping it simple.

• Types of Freshwater fish include; Cichlids, African cichlids, Tetras, Barbs, Livebearers, etc.
  
• Aquarium plants include a range from plastic to live plants such as; Amazon swords, Anubias, Grasses, Lilies and more!
  
• Types of decorations include; various types of substrate (gravel) from natural to colorful (for the kids / schools), driftwood pieces, rocks, and a wide range of ornaments to suit your liking.

We take the Work out of Maintaining your Aquarium.

We Recommend Routine service visits; during which we will:

• Overall Inspection of Aquarium
• Partial water changes
• Check all equipment
• Vacuum and rotate gravel
• Rinse and/or replace filter media as needed
• Clean or Rotate all decorations, rocks, corals, plants (manicure/trim)
• Clean all tank surfaces of any algae
• Inspect all livestock (ie- fish/plants)
• Routine water analysis
